About the Role
Join Volvo Financial Services India as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme. This year-long apprenticeship provides fresh graduates with hands-on experience and skill development in financial services operations. As a Collection Executive, you will contribute to managing overdue customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and gaining exposure to the financial services processes related to commercial vehicles and construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction and Collections
Visit customers, negotiate overdue payments, and maintain positive relationships.
Monitor repayment trends and analyze causes of delinquency for proactive resolution.
Data Management and Compliance
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions in the system.
Upload and update payment and collection trails within specified timelines.
Asset and Process Management
Track the deployment and utilization of assets for effective monitoring.
Coordinate with third-party agencies, including lawyers and repossession teams.
Implement asset repossession when necessary and update relevant stakeholders.
Field Operations and Reporting
Maintain effective communication with collection agencies and their executives.
Provide regular updates on payment status and resolve customer disputes promptly.
Handle collections across all assigned categories, including repossession activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Fresh graduates, preferably with a BCom or BBA degree.
Skills and Competencies
Required knowledge in Excel.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the assigned state; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently and build strong field connections.
Ability to work effectively in a process-driven organization with attention to detail.
A keen interest in exploring a career in the financial services industry.
