Roles and Responsibilities:
Capture professional, high-quality photographs for internal and external communication needs.
Edit and enhance photos using advanced photo-editing software to meet project specifications and brand guidelines.
Manage and maintain photography systems, including hardware, software, and workflows.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver visual content that aligns with organizational goals.
Plan and execute photography sessions, including scheduling, lighting, and location setup.
Ensure proper organization, cataloging, and storage of all photographic assets.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance visual content quality.
Meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality, ensuring timely project delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Arts, Photography, Media Production, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in professional photography with a proven portfolio of high-quality work.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in photo-editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.
Ability to manage photography systems, including camera equipment and editing workflows.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in editing and asset management.
Required communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team.
