Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, testing, and maintenance of platform applications.
Implement and configure functionalities such as user interfaces, workflows, business rules, and complex logic.
Collaborate with teams in the US to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and offer support.
Partner with support teams to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes effectively.
Provide insights for product improvements and propose changes to technologies and processes.
Actively communicate issues and suggest innovative features for platform development.
Ensure all work undergoes comprehensive testing, including manual and automated methods.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Contribute to refining team processes, procedures, and best practices.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in application development with exposure to relevant technologies.

Hands-on experience with programming languages such as .NET, Java, or Node.js.
Proficiency in databases like MongoDB and Postgres.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS.
Knowledge of SharePoint or coding expertise is advantageous.
Exposure to front-end technologies like Angular or React is a plus.
Proficiency in web development tools, scripting, and SQL queries.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Strong skills in gathering requirements, designing functionalities, and documenting business processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
