Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

2. Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and develop test cases, perform functional and integration testing, document issues, and execute test plans to meet project needs.
3. Defect Tracking and Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, conduct root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues promptly.
4. Continuous Monitoring: Regularly monitor software quality and report metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing updates to optimize development practices.
5. Best Practices and Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices and apply emerging testing methodologies to improve overall software quality and efficiency.
Technical Proficiency:
The ideal candidate should have experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), a solid foundation in test case development and management, knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla), and familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium.
Required Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor’s degree in computer.
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, required knowledge in agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Required Experience in Automation Testing
