What You'll Do:
* Develop Mission-Critical Applications: Design, develop, and optimize robust C++ software for telecom applications. Be part of a highly skilled team tackling complex technical challenges and ensuring system functionality, scalability, and performance.
* Drive Innovation: Continuously enhance applications, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and experiment with new development methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a cross-functional Agile team. Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release, to deliver high-quality features.
* Embrace Agile: Work within an Agile environment, contributing across all phases of the feature lifecycle. Actively engage in sprint planning, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth product updates and improvements.
* Lead with Problem-Solving & Creativity: Debug and optimize existing applications while proposing innovative solutions for future versions. Use your analytical skills to address complex issues and drive the future of telecom software.
What We're Looking For:
* Technical Expertise: Strong C++ programming skills and a solid understanding of Linux/UNIX environments are essential.
* Experience Advantage: Prior experience in telecom application development or similar performance-critical domains is a plus. Familiarity with networking protocols and real-time systems will be highly valued.
* Agile Champion: You thrive in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with teams to manage the software development lifecycle.
* Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial. You'll work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other developers, so clear and concise interactions are key.
* Problem-Solving Prowess: Analytical thinking and an aptitude for problem-solving are essential. You can handle complex technical issues and proactively find solutions, ensuring smooth software performance for critical telecom applications.
