The GO-AI Associate plays a critical role in enhancing the stowing quality at Amazon's fulfillment centers. By verifying or marking the location of products with high accuracy, the Associate ensures the maintenance of stow quality. This is an operational role that requires precise and thorough video/image annotations.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Video Annotation: Watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, understand the activities thoroughly, and use human judgment to annotate them accurately.
- Product Verification: Verify or mark the location of products using specialized tools, maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
- Quality Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining the stow quality at the fulfillment center by providing precise annotations.

A Day in the Life
GO-AI Associates work in a dynamic 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including a 9-hour shift that accommodates breaks. Shift timings may change quarterly or as per business needs. Associates are given rotational two-consecutive days off per week, which may not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday.
About the Team
The GO-AI team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities to enable hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images. Short-duration videos (typically 15-20 seconds) are reviewed and annotated to enhance the effectiveness of the automated stowing process, thereby maintaining stow quality at the fulfillment center.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
