Description

In this role, you’ll work independently on complex, unstructured projects and initiatives, collaborating with global cross-functional business partners to drive impactful data-driven insights. Your expertise in advanced analytics and machine learning will play a critical role in shaping data strategies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, such as active learning, transfer learning, neural networks, decision trees, reinforcement learning, graphical models, Gaussian processes, Bayesian models, and MapReduce techniques.
- Develop and implement unsupervised and supervised learning models to extract valuable insights and enhance decision-making.
- Design and execute data engineering tasks, including feature engineering and data transformation, to improve model performance.
- Utilize programming skills in SAS, R, Python, Hive, Spark, and SQL to handle large datasets and create robust, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners globally to understand their needs, integrate solutions, and drive measurable improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong coding skills with expertise in high-performance computing and algorithm development.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize data-driven projects independently.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse functional areas.
